Reader Problem: I work at a place where everyone is very good friends and I am often left out. It isn't that anyone is downright rude to me, but I can distinctly feel that I am not in the 'in' crowd. I know it shouldn't bother me, but it does. How do I deal with being a bit of an outsider in the workplace? Is there any way for me to become an 'insider'?
